Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Popeye's Supplements Ontario, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fitness apparel and gear. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Ontario courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
